Gingerbread architecture makes her giddy! Brenda is a mom of three with a psychology degree living life as a professional baker. She creates delicious, do-it-yourself gingerbread kits and custom cookie houses in her GingerGiddy workshop (aka her kitchen). She says humor and a “little royal icing can fix anything”. The only thing Brenda loves more than a batch of gingerbread dough and a piping bag is helping you make memories out of cookie.
